Maduro regime will quickly collapse. Maybe a few die hard loyalists will keep fighting in Caracas and a few other cities but once the U.S. goes in and the millions of anti-government protesters start flooding the streets it will be over in no time. The actual conventional fighting (between both militaries) will last only a day or two with the U.S. quickly destroying most elements of the FANB. Pro-Maduro miltiias are the real problem but the U.S. has experience with counter-insurgency and this won't be as bad as Iraq. All in all we're looking at up to a few thousand casualties total, 98% of them being Venezuelan and 2% being U.S. military (some of which will even be friendly fire, accidental deaths ect..)
