I think she's going to be overall less popular than Hexa. Witch Lexa was a big hit not just because she's super ultra CUTE, but also because she's the first non-FOMO Lexa available to purchase in the shop. Assuming Winter Lexa will also be a shop skin, she's going to be much less unique in that regard.
