My understanding might be bad, but here are my experiences so far from worst to best.

Bad idea. The stars need to be aligned to work. (they won't, unless you are in open league). You can try it but I never had success with it.
>2 debuff 1 ace
Mixed results. It'll probably get you through the first round. Can't really say much as it entirely depends on how your ace behaves. With higher wit and less power on ace it might have worked better, but can't say it.
>1 debuff 2 ace
Most likely the safest bet, highest winrate and the go-to.
I'm currently trying hybrids, as I aim for 1 hybrid 1 debuff 1 ace.
If the info is correct you'll see a shitton of Marus. Since the next is medium Grass and Rudolf can become active and so does Neicha's other debuff. I don't know if it'll work or not, need to test it out. I doubt 2 hybrid 1 ace will work. Before I really put myself into this I rather wait for witjap opinion on hybrids.
