"Roman-Jewish" means "Rome," which has been the epitome of all mixing and blurring for nearly 2000 years, for the destruction of ethnic uniqueness, for the melting pot of peoples, blood, culture, and religious mixture, for the equality of everything that bears the human face. And amidst this "(((unified humanity)))," the Jews, the most ardent proclaimers of the international idea, asserted and preserved their nationality. On one hand, they sharply distinguished themselves from all other people; on the other hand, they sought to increase their influence over them to guide them according to their will.
