Better than 3.0
It felt nicely paced. Hysilens's backstory was weirdly inserted right before the final boss, but it was okay.
If I had to compare it to other games, I'd say it flows better than WuWa's Lupa's or Phrolova's quest.
It's also paced better than ZZZ's 2.1 or 2.0
