This is an interesting point.
In the Powers of Grayskull minicomic, they remind us that Preternia is when the Three Towers are from. So they had the technology to build monorails.
The humans King Hiss attacks aren't particularly advanced, but they have normal houses and iron farm tools rather than being cavemen.
