I'm not sure i can say pakis are competent, what i would say is corruption within Indian military procurement must be on an unbelievable scale. To have so high of a budget and yet not have a decisive edge in air force over a bunch of bankrupt pakis says it all.

For the losses on the Indian side, the geniuses decided to attack into paki airspace without taking out their air defences first, would Israel/USA be so foolish? No. But Indian air defence and missiles can take a bow for neutralising paki counter and then bombing paki targets with fantastic precision.

I hope the next time India are proactive instead of reactive but
