I think they have different translation teams that aren't the best at cooperating. Major stuff is constant but more minor stuff isn't. With this, Mambo's "ei, ei" was kept as that for her chatter lines in that event early on, but on the sticker it's suddenly "hip, hip".
Similarly with Fuku's "fungyaro" babble phrase. It's both a vaguely childish kind of onomatopeia of someone casting spells/praying, but also a veiled reference to his grandsire, a French horse, by being a corruption of "France Galop", the French racing association.
In game, whoever translated it decided preserving the first part was more important, so it became "Woiya", a sound like western kids make when they pretend to cast spells or see the future or whatever. But whoever did the subtitles on the Golshi announcement video we watched decided the latter part was more important, so it was just subtitled as "Fungyaro."
