As a child I was pushed into every 'gifted' and 'fast track' program known to man so I would certainly have a high IQ and would be a cute little data point suggesting the frequency of non-retards is above zero. But your IQ statistics won't tell you that I'm still a retard even with high IQ.
So always remember that there are not only low IQ people, there are mid-IQ people with autism or ADHD who are de facto retarded. And then there's low IQ people who have that shit as well.
