Contrary to the details of the deal and the withdrawal maps, IDF soldiers in several sectors of Gaza report that the withdrawal is significantly deeper. For example, in the north of the strip, the northeast, and also in the central area.

At least two outposts located in territory that was supposed to remain under IDF control have been dismantled.

The reason for this is unclear.

The IDF spokesperson’s office has so far not provided a response, except for stating, “We will not comment beyond that.”
