Big Brain, needs tweaks such as disabling burrowing husks
Butcher
Difficult Caves
Enhanced Hordes, needs tweaks, disabling intelligent skeletals is needed but can't exactly remember what else
Harder natural healing
Hostile villages, set normal chance to 5-10 percent
Legendary survival overhaul
Let them grow
Realistic torches
Serene seasons
SOL: Apple Pie with Level Hearts(everything disabled apart from lowering default health)
Zombie Awareness, have to nerf it quite a bit for it to be both balanced and performance friendly
