I love that one too. It may be sacrilege to say but I think the shows way better/funnier when it's actually aping traditional american cartoon humor and action- the grossout and sex stuff is like white noise to me.
If I had to say what my actual favorite S1 episode is it'd be Death Race 2010 because it's so god damn beautiful.
