Everybody looks at me like I am a fucking animal. The disgust people feel for me is barely concealed.

I asked a coworker (woman in 40s I hardly know) if I could borrow her pen the other day and she looked at me as if I had cussed her out. A shop clerk laughed in my face and gave me attitude when I asked to pick up an order I had placed on their website. Male coworkers and customer service people are curt and short with me. A lot of the women talk down to me. It is common that people will walk straight past me in a hallway while staring me down with eyes full of hate, and then immediately shift expression to look bright and happy to wish somebody else behind a good morning. The number of positive interactions I have in a day can always be counted on one hand. Even my siblings treat me this way when we meetup

I dont get it. Im in shape, shower twice a day, wear deodorant and cologne, brush and floss my teeth, wear decent clothes. I use my manners and express gratitude when interacting with others. Dosent matter.
