Every time Morgan removed the neuro mod he wiped his mind to before he decided on what to do concerning the Typhon research. Every time it happened he came to slightly different ideas as to how he should deal with it. this is why there are 3 robots with 3 different objectives having all come from the same person. There's no real right answer, which ever one you choose doesn't really matter as the game will always end with the world taken over by the Typhon because you were never really playing as Morgan the whole time, you were just a Typhon being fed Morgans final memories undergoing a simulation of the games events altered in a way to allow for the Typhon to make hard choices that the observers could use to determine whether the alien was growing a conscience or not, all of which were done in an attempt to induce compassion into the alien to try and stop it from killing everyone on earth.
