Regarding the earlier thread

I've spoken to NSA a couple times over the years, and seeing his name no longer in the OP I'm guessing he most likely retired. From what I can tell, although I never voted in these threads, he seems like a good guy and he absolutely took the contest's integrity seriously.
For quite a few years, yes, there has been interest in implementing /v/GA site code for King/Queen of /v/. Anyone is able to do this. Our codebase is free and open source and the organizers are absolutely welcome to incorporate our code into their project. However, there is a major obstacle that's been holding it back: actually implementing our code requires knowledge of backend web development and we are unable to volunteer our staff to other projects.
I also suggested OpaVote as an alternative (which I see was brought up in the earlier /v/ threads, along with alternatives). This removes the web development requirement and can implement alternate voting similar to our project, but they cost money and there are a few flaws in its anti-rigging measures.
