Can someone explain without using memes how do some average looking men get girlfriends by "connecting" with them, because every time a chick "connected" with me on a emotional level, where it seemed that we were a match personality wise, only to discover I was deep in the friendzone.

Seriusly, I live in a predominately white area and at first I'd get glances from women and I thought they were attracted until I saw the same shit happening with kids and men staring at me and laughing amongst themselves.
