Oh btw since I'm here I should tell you guys how to get taller in adulthood (and possibly wider shoulders)
I'm 5'10 now. Technically not "taller" but standing at my full adult height
>Step one: analyze any unexplainable tensions or pains you have in your body (for me it was knees, shins, lower back, neck, and head)
>Step 2: get referrals from your primary care doctor to see certain providers for these issues.
>Step three: profit?
I was given a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for my knees and shins to test for knee compression and to a physical therapist to improve posture for lower back tension, neck/shoulder pain, and migraines.
I went into these appointments for several months. The orthopedic surgeon had me Xrayed and found the knee problem I suspected and did a nonsurgical procedure where they pulled my knees and decompressed them.
I hope you niggers found this information helpful. My posture wasn't even that bad and I wasn't noticeably bowlegged, but I've seen people with hunchback posture and cowboy legs who could stand easily 4 inches taller
