Apart from that: nuke Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg, Leverkusen, and Leipzig, and distribute money more evenly while adding larger pots for talent usage. I also think viewer interest should be taken more into account, it‘s currently like 3% but could be 10%
Generating more money in general without abandoning 50+1 is the real Art here. A more balanced cash distribution would eventually lead to a more even competition and therefore generate more interest and more money, but you also need to find new ways before that already without completely selling out, which is of course very hard
