I am not as active as I‘d like to be, but growing up kind of sucks in that regard. I usually work for too long or have other responsibilities. Nowadays, I pretty much only ride my racing bike, about 100 km per week
I used to play football and do athletics, that was my main sport. Part of why I can’t train that much myself anymore is that I am a coach and also „CEO“ of my club. They asked me whether I could help, and I accepted

Yes, I played a sport this morning. I went mountain biking. I have a child coming and I refuse to ever have a dad bod.

ive been playing tennis for almost 20 years so yea im pretty good. i have a one handed back hand like roger federer who i model my game after. i also have been practicing my golf swing and its very close to tiger woods swing.

I used to play basketball everyday at my local gym. I got in pretty good shape off of it too. But you know who ruined it. They got too competitive and ended up trying to start fights I ended up quitting and taking my ball home during a game where I got harassed for missing a lay-up.

It was often hard to get enough people to play 3v3 most times, so they lost out on a person to fill games with.

I played sports once when I was 4 years old. I scored a goal in the wrong yet. The other kids chased me off the field. That was the moment it all started going downhill.

I don't play a lot now but I played squash in college and was pretty good.
I play some pickup soccer here and there also.
