You did see Porto play right? I have been a Porto fan my entire life and I've had to witness my team lose to Estrela da Amadora this year. Abel's Braga would Atropelate this Porto team. This Mexican or Argentinian or whatever Spic coach is a literal what the fuck. If PdC woke up and was the Striker maybe Porto would've been the favourite

Whoever said and claimed that are a bunch of retards, who probably thinks that football is a bunch of balls surrounded by feets.

Compared with a normal Porto team, we've been in the gutter for several years, due to some "creative" financial management, and everything culminated in this season.

This is, by far, the worst Porto team of the last 30/40 years, and this draw is an excellent result (the physical condition plays also a point in here, Palmeiras is in the peak point of the season and Porto already in the end, when it reached the 65th minute Porto just spent all the gas).

I understand that this was perhaps the best chance of a non european team beating an european team, but still i cant see how a 0-0 tie with Porto is a moral loss for Palmeiras anyway. They played a Champions League team and went toe to toe, superior in some moments. Not a win, just a tie

Palmeiras lost 2-0 to Flamengo at home two rounds ago, and lost to current leaders Cruzeiro one round ago.
Palmeiras were coming off two defeats in a row, one at home.

Palmeiras is today the second best team in Brazil, to be honest. It's an extremely competitive team, but with less quality than Flamengo.

10 games so far? You could tell which team has a dozen games played this season and which one has 50+, Porto completely lost its steam from minute 75 onward when Palmeiras took over. Up until there the game was pretty much even, maybe a 60-40 edge to Palmeiras but that's about it. But in any case, what surprised me the most is seeing Palmeiras play very similarly to Porto. I expected a gameplay a lot more explosive and dynamic from you guys, but what I saw is the same slow and calculated game Porto does now, and which honestly I despise seeing, even down to the same mistakes: the same slow and predictable ball movement, same complete lack of pressure in the midfield that allows the opponent to run up uncontested, same passing blunders. If you hid the game overlay from me and said this was a Porto vs Porto training match, I'd believe you on the spot.

Yikes, was taking too long for the "they were tired" excuse to appear, somehow that was never valid for us in the old cwc when we were in the end of a 70+ games season and euros at the mid season
