While our teams always played the intercontinental and club world cup at the end our seasons after having played 80 matches in a year, and they were mid season.

Now we don't care AND play at the end of the season. But Europe will still win, don't you worry, little brown boy

No, it hasn't. If you play, sometimes you lose. Sometimes it's embarassing. But a bad day is just that. Gets washed away between all the great moments you had.
You try to remove the topic from the conversation because you have no real tradition at the WC. You have won a single time. You don't have a real history to talk about in international football. We are the greatest team in international football. And will always be. Until somebody can be at least on par with us. With Germany and Italy right now, I don't think anybody will challenge us any time soon.

There's embarrassing and then there's that match. No one sees Brazil the same.
Also my club Real Madrid won 15 CLs which are worth more than 5 WCs. If Real Madrid played the WC since the beginning we would have 10 WCs by now even without all the Brazilian players

So what? Hype is not relevant. If you had the highest highs, you can have the lowest lows. If you are a RM supoorter you can understand, you lost to Barca 5x0 at peak of your Messi x CR7 rivalry. Did it wipe your history? Of course not.
And club football is not the same as international football. If RM played with only spanish players how many UCLs would you have now? Di Stefano is the greatest player in RM history, and he's not even European. Ypu are comparing apples to oranges here. Your country has no tradition at WC. You are to the WC the same as PSG is to the UCL.

You think the old Real Madrid would be beating South American teams a few decades ago? When the Brazilian legends played in our clubs rather than fuck off to Europe for cash?
I thought you were just delusional, but this has crossed into actual insanity.
Wonder if Vini is going to gift you another Champions' League to keep you nice and happy or if you'll get beat-up by Raphinha again this next season.

The problem is that even Brazilian players lost the confidence that they had. There has never been a worse period in Brazilian's history and it started after 2014. The closest was 1974-1990 but even then the Brazilian team was the best after Argentina, Germany and Netherlands.
Ronaldinho himself said he didn't watch the last Copa because the players lacked passion and he was right. Brazil died that day. All the Brazilians now are playing handball, you will do great there. It's like futsal but with hands.

Did you start watching football yesterday? The Bosman's rule wasn't a thing back then otherwise Pele would have joined Real Madrid. All the best players join Real Madrid eventually except Cruyff.
>You think the old Real Madrid would be beating South American teams a few decades ago?
We beat Santos which was the best SA team in history. We also won the Pequeña Copa del Mundo twice against Botafogo and Vasco in the 50s.

There are many other things to blame than a single game. Since 2014 we won Copa America, and then we lost it. How long did Argentina wait for their third WC? How long did Italy wait for their fourth after Baggio, their greatest player, missed a penalty in the worst way possible and gave us the title? How long is England waiting for their second title? What kind of transformation France had to go through after the end of the Zidane era to win the WC with Griezman, Mbappe etc. and become a powerhouse again? You see, this is tradition, this is history, eras, reinventing yourself, becoming a champion once again. We did it five times, other countries did two, three or four. Always a drama. Football will always surprise us, but there is history, tradition, there's glory. We have it, you don't. And nobody can touch it for the time being. We'll keep playing football, thank you. The future belongs to God.

I'm hoping for a not so distant WC victory (although 2026 will not happen), so Ancelotti it is. I don't really care what tactic we use honestly, I don't 1994 was a "joga bonito" kind of team. It was more a "win the fucking game" kind of team. 2002 was not so different, we just had more talent. Argentina won with a team that played mostly in Europe, but still retained the Argentinian anti-game catimba style of play, so I don't know. Current European tactics also borrowed a lot from older Brazillian style of play, so it's only natural that we borrow back I think, the game evolves.

Brazillian confidence didn't die because of a 7-1 loss 10 years ago which no one playing then is still active at the NT level, retard. Yeah, it was a national tragedy, but people moved on.

The real reason why our NT sucks nowdays is because
a) Our players go to be brainwashed to an European style of football earlier and earlier, and then are brought in to play for Brazillian coaches who can't adapt (Hopefully Ancellotti solves this)
b) Players now see their Club duties as more important than their NT duties and are more money-driven than in the past - in large part because they never develop a connection to national football due to being taken to Europe barely out of the womb. Endrick could have become a generational Palmeiras legend if he stayed a few more years; instead he went off to warm the bench in Real and have his confidence destroyed and his connection to Brazil erased.

The b) factor is likely to be reduced, though not entirely eliminated, when World Cup time comes. Our players don't give a shit to step up and bring their A game for qualifying rounds because they don't love being in the NT, but every single football player in the world wants to win the World Cup. This has been historically true for Brazil too - in 2002 we had a messy af qualification proccess.

Money as always been a problem in football but these last years it's depressing to see the effect of the petroclubs buying and drowning every single negro under a shitload of cash because he had one good season.
Nowaday all these pros think they're hot shit and deserve a mountain of gold because of 10 goals and 5 assist in ligue 1. Fuck them.
