>players are playing bad on purporse
>they are losing their executives/presidents a full billion on purporse
>they are devaluing themselves by playing less or at the same level as players who make 1/10 of their salary
>they are making it look better to replace them for those guys or reconsider if they are really worth those fortunes
>they are doing that because of 7 games against shitters who they would play anyway in their "asian/american/african tour"

There's no prestige or purpose to these games except for thirdies who are playing their hearts out to try and get a transfer to Europe

Negal Madrid 1-1 Al-Hilal
Game Ended.

I didn't expect any better from Negal Madrid.

Your mistake is to assume that football players have the mental capacity to think. They see more matches, which they don't wanna play. They don't care that these matches make their club money that they are being paid with. They will damage higher wages next time they negotiate a contract anyway.

Isn't it curious how DAZN showered FIFA with one billion for the rights to this meme tournament that nobody besides sudacas is watching? Isn't it especially curious how the Saudis invested one billion into the ever financially struggling DAZN? Isn't it super duper especially curious that the Saudis then received the right to host the 2034 WC from FIFA? It almost makes one think.

sudaca players are giving it all to show they are worthy enough to be bought by europeans clubs

meanwhile CWC is a soulless side competition for uefa players, why would they tryhard to earn money for their clubs who can then use that money to buy new players to bench them?

They got the 34 WC long before that.
And through even worse shenanigans including :
>FIFA moving the bidding window without telling the other potential candidate, Australia
>FIFA retroactively changing their rules on already existing stadium requirements to disqualify some 2030 bids, allow the 34 saudi bid but then block further bids in 38
>FIFA pushing multiple hosts in order to lock bids due to federation limitations on repeated hosting
Also, it's not that FIFA "gave" the broadcasting rights to DAZN because of the saudi connection.
It's that quite literally nobody else wanted it.

Except the word "then" because it implies they gave it to the Saudis afterwards, I'll admit that. But that doesn't meme the scheme wasn't part of the deal to begin with

Pretty sure it was to "buy" the WC being hosted in Saudi in the future.
Much like Qatar has done with bribery.

Absolutely not. Saudi paying FIFA for favors is very much happening.
It's just the timeline of events that was off in your post, that's all.
