Between the three, there is parity of points (2 draws each) and goal difference (0 each) but the third tie-breaker is number of goals scored, so MON and INT go through with 1 goal scored each while RIV is eliminated (with two 0-0 draws).
The whole group is only considered after that (e.g. if all three games were 0-0 draws).

Pretty much my feelings. If you look at a table and you can't understand everything within 5 seconds it's a useless table and all rules that made it that way are retarded. The worst part is that I have no way how FIFA can even try to show that clusterfuck in a table so I'm expecting more confusion next year.
