My best was 11.8s, but nowadays I'd probably be somewhere around 13.

11.36 PB, I was part of a strong relay team. 100m wasn’t my main event, but it is great for sure. We obviously weren’t super elite, but we were good enough to compete with some of the really good teams. I usually ran as third.
But I haven’t been able to train properly in two years, I would be happy with 12.5 now

It’s not about age, but work and other adult stuff eat too much of my time. So I can’t make it to training often, and I don’t want to enter competitions unprepared. I guess I could, but I would definitely be unhappy with the results. At the adult level, only the really good people remain active. And my club only has a limited amount of coaches, we don’t really have a reliable adult group because everyone my age has the same issues as me - even if I find the time, I mostly have to train alone. I don’t want to occupy one of our coaches who could be working with >10 kids in the meantime. We are a relatively small club and have limited capacity
Being happy with 12.5 is a bit too pessimistic, I hope. But I am not entirely sure. The difference is definitely noticeable when it comes to power and form
