Reason being to be an atheist isn’t just to not believe in God, you don’t even believe in yourself. You reject the built in understanding that every human being has: that there is something more, that we are more than sacks of flesh driven by chemical reactions. We posses free will, a sense of right and wrong, beauty, love etc.

My point being, what great athletes do honors God and humanity with its beauty and glory, same with anyone else who passionately produces beautiful things atheists don’t have a concept of beauty, glory, love etc. because inside it’s all just nothing to them. If it actually means anything to you, then you are not an atheist. Period.

Contemplate your own existence. Do you believe that you truly exist? That your thoughts, beliefs, morals, loves and passions are yours? That you’re not just a body piloted by brain matter that only exists to react? Do you believe in a true Good and evil? If yes you aren’t an atheist. In order to believe in free will, which defines existence, you *must* believe in the soul, the supernatural, the godly. If you believe simply in basic morals you are not an atheist.
