There's like 4 teams outside of England that can plausibly win UCL, and one of them is only in the list since recently because they're backed by an entire oil nation.

The truth is this: football needs to be tailored for the Eastern European/Indian/Yankee crowd. Can you imagine the mess in Stanislaw's brain if one day Burnley wins the Premier League with a team of local players only? If all the best players aren't all concentrated in 2 top clubs we simply won't attract that kind of market and football will lose.
