Not trying to be racist or causing a /pol/-tier discussion. I am just genuinely curious why european clubs won't have teams of national players.

There are more brazilians in all these clubs' teams than English or French or German players.

Is it because Europe doesn't train any more young talent? Or because brazilian players are cheaper? Is it because we are better? I am genuinely curious. I don't follow euro championships.

Older Europeans would rather make more money from Indian viewership and labour than create a better society for their children.

because european clubs are very rich and can buy good players regardless of the country they are from. surely this should be obvious to you.

>Why do clubs with tons of money buy players from various continents with their superior financial power?
UEFA has the richest and most influential clubs. As such, a lot of players from around the world move to Europe - they either go to top clubs right away or they try getting a foot in the door by starting with a smaller club. European clubs can afford that. That's also why they are said to be stronger than that of any other continent. Most other clubs from other continents eventually lose their best players and their biggest talents to European clubs
Talent is of course also developed there, and no one in their right mind will doubt that clubs like Barcelona or, for example, the top Portuguese clubs produce a lot of domestic talent. But it is of course diluted since there is a steady flow of players from all across the world to Europe. That hurts domestic talents, but it hasn't stopped the likes of France, Spain, or even England to outperform Brazil at the last few World Cups
All of this is possible thanks to financial superiority and the absence of domestic player regulations. There were rules preventing a high share of foreign players until like 30 years ago. Personally, I'd also prefer seeing fewer foreigners play here ... it's a bit too soulless for my liking

Äh, I mean "it hasn't stopped them from ..."
Time to go to bed

But yeah, UEFA clubs being full of non-Euros is indeed a bit soulless, and we could produce more domestic talents without this steady supply of non-Euros. It's also a bit shitty for club identity in general
