there's like 16 meters from where alvarez and ochoa are standing, I am not sure that's how perspective works, but the mexican leftback is standing right above the penalty area's line (and the obvious fact that Ochoa is never going to reach to the left corner of the goal in such a short ammount of time), had it been an obvious offside, the guy you're responding to wouldnt feel the need to crop the picture in such a blatant way, he could even use a webm to showcase this better.

They should have brought that back instead of making the stupid Conference league no one cares about. They could have brought back the format of putting every cup winner in a bracket from the start and battling it out in two leg matches until the final. That would have been a tournsment poorer clubs would have cared about and actually would have had a much bigger chance of making it far in the competition. Plus it's a nice change of pace from the group stage format
