The FIFA World Cup, often called the World Cup, is an international association football competition among the senior men's national teams of the members of the Fรฉdรฉration Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The tournament has been held every four years since the inaugural tournament in 1930, with the exception of 1942 and 1946 due to the Second World War.

how many of those 21 people who have won it twice are in the GOAT debate? yeah, none
thats because the 4-7 games every 4 years shouldn't be the end-all to the GOAT debate, especially when for 90% of the rest of his career he played against farmers.

also he barely played in one of those world cups

When did FIFA begin sucking him off?
His effort in 1958 is impressive, but he did not play most of Brazil's run in 1962 including the final and it was years until FIFA rewrote the rules to give winners medals to squadmembers who didn't play in the final.
In 1966, Brazil was eliminated in the group stage and Pele was benched in the 3-1 loss to Hungary.
So by 1970, Pele only has one WC medal. Did FIFA start sucking him off after Brazil won the '70 WC?
