Liverpool is probably gonna come in 3rd this season and make it to the Quarterfinals in the Champions League. They're still good, but City is cycling back, Chelsea's coming in looking hot, Arsenal is still gonna come in second, United has no European competition and last season was most likely not to happen again, then you have Newcastle, Brighton, Brentford, Villa and Palace all of whom could make a good run. Hell one of their wingers just sort of died a couple weeks ago, that's gonna linger over the locker room all season.
