It's assumed it's an accounting of whom Jeff worked with regarding his intelligence work/party favors. When they raided his properties the FBI obtained a load of videos and 'folders' with names on them. There's pictures and testimony about what was collected (sex videos and other things) but everything so far has been redacted. The claims Epstein worked with Mossad means he ran a massive honeypot for years.
