That cleanout happens at every ruck, but on the other hand they often disallow tries for it because suddenly they check everything if a try is scored. Morgan made head contact but they usually allow it if you are horizontal or lower. He went off his feet but that was permitted all game. I think most of the time it's a penalty but I also think most of the time we're relieved if a ref overlooks it. It had less of an effect on the game than our wide channel defence which gave pay to the Lions every time for almost no effort.
