Why is Cyprus so good? The entire island has a population of less than a million and half of it has been cut off and invaded by the Turks for some reason. Yet they're somehow in the top half of the coefficient list, all 4 teams are still alive and most of the teams have a good number of Cypriot players and staff so it's just not mercenaries. Went on a golf trip there once, quite a lovely place.
