young messi, lcim, penaldo first year ot two in madrid, young hazard off the top of my head. Its kind of hard to really rank them, kaka was faster than prime messi on and off the ball, but messi had way more control so it's a hard argument. Cr7 in his rm days was probably faster than both thanks to his off the ball speed but i wouldnt rate him over them, he just didnt have that ball-on-a-string control.
Also honorable mentions to frenkie de jong in his ajax days at least. Dont think ive ever seen a dm/cm glide like that. He wasnt super fast but like kaka and messi he lost almost no speed on the ball.

Also that Negricius goal vs Patetico like 2 seasons ago where he just casually walks between slow as fuck defenders who for some reason are even running away from him and the keeper also stays standing like a statue to a weak ass shot.
