Both Book and Shai are carrying the majority offensive loads of their teammates, both teammates largely need either the system or Shai to create opportunities for them as they cannot create enough opportunities themselves to have an offensive impact (ignoring flukey shooting nights like Grayson Allens 42 game, and even then atleast a quarter of those shots were created by Book)

The playmaking can make up for that though, they washed Lakers in points in the paint today, believe it or not, 3 is not actually more efficient than 2, especially when youve got a defense like OKC to buy you back easy possessions with small loss. So I think, like the 60s Celtics that went to Game 7 nearly every year, theyll win on the margins anyway due to defense.
