I'm really enjoying One Page Solo Engine as a sort of DM's helper. If you want something where you feel more like a player, perhaps Ask The Stars?

Made by the same guy who made Lichdom, they're both easy to play solo journalling RPGs with actual (simple) mechanics to determine success/failure.
Pretty sure the pdfs are somewhere in the trove, sorry I can't be bothered to search for them now.

What he is trying to say is that if you need to ask you aren't digging deep enough into the hobby, solo TTRPGs exploded during covid and are now a dime a dozen. There are tons of youtube channels dedicated to reviewing, playing, or talking about specifically solo TTRPGs. You can also look around on itch.io for some more homegrown/indie ones that are quite good.

I have a friend who is Mormon (I'm not) and he is really worried about what kind of media his kids consume, it's a great way to bring a family who has young kids into the hobby if they are really strict about violence.
