In my setting the Ash Elf High Queen was blessed by dark magicians with an magical womb that could hold Dragon seed. So she mated with the second in command of Black Dragons. Give birth to a Dragon. Then she has sex with her Dragon Son to create more Dragon Mutants, over the bloody corpse of the first Black Dragon she mated with.
Also the Dragon Son was enchanted with magical Dragon Penis with could last for longer and give stronger pleasure.
