Metallic dragons (and pretty much any eastern styled dragons as well) on the higher end. Couatl fill a similar niche but are a lot weaker
A Kirin is a pretty strong threat

Centaurs are generally Chaotic Good
Really most groups of playable races - Dwarfs for example.

Idk if these are considered "evil" in D&D, but besides what's been mentioned already my mind goes to:

Maybe some otherwise regular monster that got infused with holy/divine energy, either by residing someplace blessed or otherwise "chosen"

Fringe cults of chaotic good divines, if applicable
Maybe throw in a revenant if your party happens to kill an otherwise mortal antagonist they liked.

Griffins are good-aligned and total bros in some settings.
They're complete dickbags in other settings, though. But I generally prefer them as a mix of honorable and ornery.
