Does FFG know what they want the Twilight Imperium lore to be yet? I am reading through the RPG books and *trying* to read the novels, but it seems that they're struggling to know what they want the identity to be.
Take the Xxcha. Early art and depictions of them had them as weird turtle men. Hulking masses of pipes and wires and scales. They were cool. Now the new art has them as incredibly generic Krogans.
I don't want TI to end up as some incredibly bland scifi slop. What's the trajectory, here?
