I use it for lots of things, particularly names. It's wonderful at coming up with random names that follow a set of simple guidelines. Like "Produce a list of 20 male names that follow Norman phonemes and invoke a feeling of Chivalric or Arthurian Romance. Do not include any names used in famous works of literature or fantasy, avoiding names such as those that appear in Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter. Your list should follow these rules and invent unique, new names from root and loan words that are evocative of classic fairy tales and stories about knights and romance."
