OP here, yes it is very weird how EVERY SINGLE npc is barefoot. I only asked the first couple of times out of curiosity but when one of the players showed the thread pic I realized it was going it be a running theme, and I was right as every single npc after that point had no shoes. It got to the point where I was asking every round with a sardonic smile on my face, "and what does this character wear on their feet?" It was always "none" in response. So I ask you, why can these people not contain themselves? Why do they insist on sexing everything up?

Nah, i'm from good old germany, never really played games with a frog before. One of our players is sometimes a bit too horny, but he's on the spectrum and mostly a good dude (he has been playing with us for about 7 years now). Honestly I don't exactly know how this topic is handled in the Nordic countries but the biggest German system has an officially released sex splat book (that is in use in our campaign from time to time) that is up on the official German rules srd, while for dnd it's usually 3rd party ogl stuff that the publisher won't touch with a 10ft pole. Funnily enough, even though that splat is over 4 years old by this point, was never added to the English version of the SRD.
So I think the difference in paradigm is obvious there.

But I'd argue that Germans (or specifically our group) is somewhere between the prude and super degeneracy camps and that's what I was trying to say in my first post.
There is a somewhat healthy middle ground that doesn't exist in the America culture since they only deal in the extremes of puritan and degenerate, and are unable to deal with it in a nuanced way that's more balanced.

Quite a lot desu. There are tables defining exactly which kind of sexual practice is acceptable for each of the gods. You got feats and traits for basically everything (the feat for deepthroating is called "swallowing the Python" for example. Then there's both arcane and divine magic for sexual things (growing/removing certain bodyparts temporarily, buffs for skill checks), including a bunch of magic items (like a belt that let's anyone grow an additional fully functional cock etc). And ofc extensive rules for intercourse (mix of skill checks depending on practice used, willpower checks etc.) To see how long and satisfying the sex was and then rewards depending on the result (for example bonus to all skill checks for a day, regeneration of fatigue etc).
It has become a sort of meme that we should all master are between each combat, since certain skills cause fatigue levels, and 5-10 min of masturbation automatically removes one level of fatigue.
Other than that off bunch of fluff, I think there was a random roll table to determine the sexual practices of uncivilised trives etc.

The last 5 rows are the really nasty stuff and basically forbidden by anyone (except the really evil demons/the evil 13th god) and include rape, necrophilia, sex with immature/mentally disabled individuals, Demons and Snuff/Mutiliation.

i mean i guess it depends on the sort of game you want to run, we didn't use it yet, but most of the time we don't do the full mechanics for sex for time reasons to not slow down the game for too long. i just chose it because i think the name is funny, you got standard stuff like "pretend orgasm", "Rahjasutra Massage" and some wilder stuff like "Fluid Enthusiast" "Semen Exchange" and "Orgy Veteran" as well.
Most of them aren't really used in our games, but some of the feats and disadvantages are. One player took the feat for literally debuffing a persons INT score as long as they see their Tits. I am pretty sure the "Multiple Orgasm" feat was used just recently as well as the exotic/naked dance feats.
And the disadvantages for Exhibitionism/Lack of Shame are some easy free points in character generation and don't heavily impact gameplay and have been used by multiple Player characters.
Don't underestimate the german autism (especially of this system) when it comes to providing a lot of setting details, optional rules and worldbuilding. There's a point to be made that the amount of splat and lore books for DSA/TDE rivals that of DnD. This picture is all of the regional maps stiched together and i had to downsize it because of file size limitation, the original is 7150x11000 resolution.
