Brehs, what are the chances that this is worth anything? It's far from mint condition and it's in german. I assume both of these factors lower its value significantly. I don't know shit about this kind of thing, can you point me to resources to figure out the value?

Old cards? Useless, just give it to a kid as a present.

Condition doesn't look so bad. In theory it could be valued at a few thousand bucks. However realistically you'll never sell it for that price.

Could have just googled it, but apparently holo german charizard cards, when it good condition, graded, sealed, etc, go for about 500-1000 USD on ebay. You could probably get some cash for this, I guess? But probably about 50USD.

First you have to spend hundreds of dollars having it graded by whatever jew company does those things, and they will make up a number to tell you its value, likely less than what you just spent.
Oh and if you refuse to pay, they just keep your card. So either give it away to someone who you think will enjoy having it, or just do nothing, both are better options than trying to make money out of it (you won't).
