I don't think I've ever gone into her backstory very much. There was a thread about character backstories a little while ago where I typed out a great deal but then accidentally refreshed the page and lost all of it and haven't bothered since.
But yeah, in brief, she was born to a nomadic tribe, traveling the harsh northern steppes. Life was hard and death was just another part of that life. Her people didn't have the reverence for death thst others have. Especially not when they came across those who attempted to cross the steppes unprepared and died from the monsters, the cold or just plain starving to death. They would be picked clean of a ytbing useful before the corpse would be left to feed the steppe's scavengers.
This is why she came to view necromancy as practical magic making use of naturally occurring materials and not understanding why others see it as so taboo.
But to keep it brief for TT, she went from barely surviving the steppes, to attending a prestigious magical school(campaign started here), to graduating said magical school and now teaching there, sending a bit of her salary back to her family to help support them.
And now she's preparing to travel to Akiton (Pathfinder's equivalent to Mars) to hunt down and destroy and ancient evil that is threatening the world.

Abandoned at birth and sent to a Christian run orphanage. Smart if regular kid until teenage years when she started getting shrewd and mean. Went full aggro around 16 but kept going to class. At 17 something snapped and she seriously injured herself and a teacher and found out that night she is a werewolf (world of darkness).
Ended up running the books for the Yakuza, fell in love with the human adopted son of the boss (vampire), married, and had a kid. Husband died in a fight with rivals and she took revenge but got caught by police and spent a few years in jail. Rose up the ranks to top level in the yak and operates all the legitimate business ventures.

I need a short and sweet idea on how to approach it - I am making a cult in my D&D game, with my character being one of the three celestial warlock leaders of the pitifully small cult of a nameless empyrean trying to ascend to godhood. We recruit followers by going around the slums healing and curing the sick, offering shelter where the big churches turn their noses, etc. and stealing prayer energy from the big churches via our magical holy symbols. I need you to help me generate the the two other leaders - human male in this 40s and a weirdo gnome female in mid 20s. Also, I need ideas on how to make the visuals, as I am looking at something trying to pose as some knights templar wannabes, akin to the real life Order of the Solar Temple, that one weird French suicide cult (understandable, I'd also kill myself if I were French).

While the three go around and pose as clergy in other churches, I need ideas on how they look like. Here is my PC, and will drop some randoms that I've generated.

What "lore"? The Dreaming King was a real character I played in a Conan d20 game & is basically the embodiment of everything I love about R.E. Howard's books. Cringe is fine, I don't really care, but I don't understand why you think this is "lore" & not just backstory & actual stuff I roleplayed once. Does "Bob the Fighter" my very first character I ever made have "lore" too? He was a gate guard turned adventurer who died quick. For real. I've really missed some of my characters where the groups they were played with have fallen apart. For instance, this one was from a OSE+ game, an acrobat mime who was actually just covering up for being a mute. She was one of the most expressive characters I've ever written, and using charades in order to try to communicate with the other players what I wanted to see done was fantastic. It's amazing how difficult it is to communicate details about plans and encounters well without using words. I think death would have been preferred for me, as that is just one more story that goes unfinished.

I actually don't have too many the concept of disabled player characters, if the disability is acquired without the player's consent, either due to a random roll during character generation or an injury, and if curing/treating the disability requires something more than just waiting until the end of the fight.

I have a character that I play in Carnevale that has an amputated hand. The real reason is that her model was bumped off of the table during a battle against Rashaar (aquatic adherents of Dagon) and we never did find the missing hand.
Narratively, though, the Rashaar player and I thought that it would be fun to expand our story by simply having her hand replaced with a hook (which I 3d printed a mount for and made from steel wire.) Due to the setting of the game (late 1700s) the story wrapped into the struggle to actually get her treated for such a wound, procuring laudnum, and the rest of her group (Casa La Rosa della Notte) trying to help her pull through. In the end, I'm very happy with where it led the momentum of the game. It's a pretty great model now too, as there's a nice juxtaposition between an elegant lady of the evening in a ballgown and the rather crude hook.

Thanks, it's made of aetherically enhanced orachalcum/hihi'irokane hence the color. While it's nothing special as far as the power armor components go, no one else has been able to source as much orachalcum for the plating nor had the genius to do what the original Red Right Hand did from a aetheric engineering level.
