Basically the title, I wanted to run a Twilight 2000 4th edition campaign for a while after playing one that quickly ended, so after my current campaign ends I gonna start the preparations.

Anything I should keep in mind when running this system? how much prep i should do?, should i make a storyline or let the players roam free?, or any other thing you judge important.

A vague storyline to keep things focused could be useful, but give your players free reins, if they seem to enjoy it more.

Combat can turn into a horribly dull slog if you use counters and action economy rules too anally. You might as well play ASL if you're into that shit.

A ticking clock helps, and give the players some responsibility. Civies to guard or something similar helps to give them a purpose
