It's on page 233; if you roll a 64 whilst rolling to generate a Human Chaos Renegade, you get to be a Renegade Adeptus Custodes, with a starting profile of Movement 4, Weapon Skill 5, Ballistic Skill 5, Strength 4, Toughness 4, Wounds 2, Initiative 5, Attacks 2, Leadership 8, Intelligence 8, Cool 8, Willpower 8.

We are never going to get the third book. Valdor as the Silent King and the golden armroued blank invasion force from the negawarp was suppose to merge AoS and 4)k, but that idea got cancelled so the book's in limbo.
