A quick research shows that the author of the message being read, Prokopetz, is a fantasy story creator for tabletop stuff like D&D and he'll sometimes just post random thoughts and stuff.
This specific dialogue stems from another one that made a hypothetical post outlining a world in which such a rebellion happened with the retaining of titles and all that jazz, but is otherwise fairly standard. Nothing fleshed-out, just a quick what if.

Not particularly. Just a generic democratic society where people are voted into office and given various titles, one of which can be "Princess" if they are the director of day to day affairs in regards to a given duty.

The other day I was thinking about how fun a game inspired by The Cursed Princess Club could be.

And then I thought, wouldn't it be some kind of "evolution" of the "Tower Girls" game?

It is only an evolution when you comsider it a step up from a harem builder game.
But for me it is much more a collection game. And the princesses all have a curse, the downries, that only affects the player.
But it is a good concept for a princess related story.
