It is fan made, but made by people who loved the old edition of WtA, not W5.

They did some amazing fan lore creations. Better then most of stuff on Storyteller Vault.

I was told it will be pretty hardcore.

Its werewolf, at a glance i think 5e? I havent played it specifically, but its deeper and crunchier than its sister Vampire-the-masquerade with a greater focus on combat, and (in my opinion) cooler art
