No, it's just the core rules that some smaller games will be using. It's closer to SotDL than SotWW but it's not SotDL 2e.

Don't really care about Demon Lord/WW but the boon/bane system from it is pretty much my favorite way to modify d20 rolls if I ever run a system that uses it (I'm a 2d6 chad).

No, and nothing. It's not a SotDL product. It's just the base ruleset for some smaller games Schwalb is working on although you could port a lot of the rules to SotDL.
