For 99% of men, your rizz is tied to your confidence in your appearance. EG imagine you were the fat kid because your struggling single mother fed you processed slop. Or maybe you had a dad who worked as an engineer or something but you inherited his Asperger's and love for unhealthy comfort foods and got chubby. So you were miserable and shy and the other kids picked up on your vibe and were repulsed. You missed out on figuring out female psychology and flirting in middle school. You didn't land your first serious girlfriend in high school. You were totally unprepared to take advantage of college, where women outnumber the men and people are single by default. So you start to think about dating at 23.
