As a female player, I immediately sow discord by biting my lip and mentioning how cool he is and how much I want to fuck him.
Him being a male albino elf will allow me to play on the insecurities of the other players like a badly-tuned violin, reminding them that the presumed charm of their PCs can't make them more attractive to me.
Also, it'll help get the DM to favor me, and that's the TRUE metagame.
